RHF0M063 is a low-cost, ultra-low power, ultra-small size LoRaWAN® module designed by RisingHF. The module is composed of ST's low-power microcontroller STM32L07x and SX126X. The target application of this module is wireless sensor networks and other IoT devices, especially battery-powered occasions that require low power consumption and long distance.

The target application of this module is wireless sensor networks and other IoT devices, especially battery-powered occasions requiring low power consumption and long distance. The RHF0M063_V2 LoRaWAN® module is mainly suitable for long-distance, ultra-low power applications, such as wireless meter reading, sensor networks and other low-power wide-area IoT scenarios.
