RHF0M47F 8 channels Full duplex Module with LoRa/LoRaWAN is a high performance and small size module embedded with Semtech’s powerful gateway chip SX1301. A Full duplexer is integrated in the RF FEM so that the full duplex LoRaWAN communication is achieved. Based on the full duplex module RHF0M47F, customer could develop their own full duplex gateway easily. The application of this 8 channels LoRa/LoraWAN compliant gateway module is targeted at wireless sensor network，AMR and others IOT applications. It could help customer speed up their design on LoRa/LoRaWAN compliant gateway. This module could be customized for the operation band. Now 470 to 510MHz and 915MHz are supported. This module is pin to pin compatible with RisingHF half duplex gateway module RHF0M301.
